Welcome Risu 저장 안 되는 버그 수정, openai 사용시 프록시서버 없어도 사용 가능하게 수정
웹모드에서 openai api 사용할 때 proxy를 사용해야만 하는 이유가 없다면
knownhost로 등록해서 plain방식으로 호출하게 변경 하는게 좋을 듯 합니다.
